I can offer the latest, often time-effective modalities like EMDR and KAP, while ensuring complete privacy and the freedom to tailor treatment for lasting change. This personalized approach, combined with my ongoing training for the best care, contributes to the value of my private practice services.

What is Private-Pay?
Sessions are not billed through insurance and allows for more flexibility of treatment options within sessions. Insurance does not dictate what care you're allowed or if they think you are better. We are able to work together to determine these outcomes and decide which type of treatment best fits your needs. Diagnosis is not required.
How does "Out of Network Insurance" work?
Since I no longer accept insurance, I am considered an "out of network" provider. I can provide you with a "superbill" for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Call or log into your portal to verify benefits and check with your insurer for more information. Verification of out of network benefits is the responsibility of the client.
Transparency in Therapy Costs: What is a Good Faith Estimate?

If you don’t have health insurance or have out of network providers, providers and facilities must give you an estimate of expected charges for your treatment. We understand that therapy is an investment in your well-being. To help you plan, we can provide a good faith estimate outlining the anticipated costs of your treatment. All clients have a right to a Good Faith Estimate, which estimates how much services for therapy might cost. These will be updated yearly or if additional services are needed outside of the initial treatment plan. If you are unsure if you have one on file, please reach out and it will be sent to you.
