Divorce mirrors back to us 10 fold our greatest insecurities, blocks and hidden fractures. When it all unravels the only thing we can control is ourselves. Through the insights and support of others we can shift into seeing this as an opportunity to access the greatest version our authentic selves. This group is intended to create a safe community that can provide guidance, relief and perspective amidst this major life transition.

This month we will focus on ways of cultivating joy and resetting in the midst of change/challenges.

This is a monthly group and safe space for women at all stages of divorce to reflect & connect. The evening is led by intuitive and yoga teacher Tricia Capello who guides the group through breathwork, meditation and perspectives exercises. At the end there is time to hang out, exchange and gather insights from each other.
